Me CATALINA CONSTANTINA

Upon completion of a two-year traineeship in a Neuchâtel law firm and with the Cantonal Court of Neuchâtel (Court of Appeal), I was admitted to practice in Switzerland in November 2016.
Between 2017 and 2021, I practiced litigation mainly in the field of civil liability, insurance law and family law, as associate attorney for Prof. Dr. Sabrina Burgat in Neuchâtel, before founding Constantina Law Firm, in October 2021. I also held a position as PhD student and teaching assistant for Prof. François Bohnet at the Neuchâtel University.
Previously, I practiced international commercial and investment arbitration for four years, as an associate attorney for Prof. Pierre Tercier (in Fribourg) and as legal trainee in several international law firms (in Paris and London).
I hold a double BA in Law (Universities of Bucharest and Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, 2007), a Masters degree in Litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution methods (Paris II Assas University, 2008) and a certificate of advanced studies (CAS) in mediation (Sion, 2015). I am admitted to practice in Romania since 2011.
I am currently an active member of the Neuchâtel Bar Association and of the Swiss Bar Association and an inactive member of the Bucharest Bar Association.
Ever since 2019, I have been acting as coach for the student teams participating in the mediation competition organized by the CMAP, Paris.
Preferred area of activity : civil and liability and insurance law.
