An inexpensive divorce – can it be done ?

Court fees are calculated according to cantonal laws and depend on the wealth and revenues of the spouses. Divorce on fully agreed terms is significantly cheaper. Lawyer fees are hourly based : the more conflictual the case, the more hours you'll need to pay. Therefore, the best approach is to reach an agreement on all matters related to the divorce.
